(Local Travel Area Includes: Clinton, Highbridge, Hampton, Glen Gardner, Califon, Lebanon, Tewksbury, and Union)
Add $10 for each additional town of travel
$50 per hour waiting time, starts after 15 minutes paid in 1/2 hour increments
